1.What if I enter the wrong email address or phone number?

2. What methods of payment do you accept?
PayPal for now. Any kind of credit, debit card can be paid through PayPal without registering a PayPal account.

3. Can I use several discount codes in one order?
If you need to purchase a large quantity of products (more than 10 of the same product) or customize the entire household/hotel lamp, please contact us at support@fancilighting.com and we will get back to you with discount information.

5.What is the best way to install my new lights or chandelier?
There are installation instructions included in every product we sell. If you feel installation complicated, we recommend you contact a licensed contractor or electrician.

6.Are your products UL listed?
Yes, our products comply with UL standards.

7.How can I check the shipping information of my order?
You will have a tracking number after the order is shipped and you will be able to track the package on the logistics company's track tool. We will send the tracking number to your email. Or click "Tracking Order", enter the tracking number, and track transportation information.

8.How long does it take to ship the product?

9.If I purchase a standard product and return it, how long will it take to receive my refund?

10.How can I cancel an order?
Custom products are not eligible for cancellation, because custom products cannot be resold.

For standard product, you can cancel for free within 24 hours after you place the order by replying to your order confirmation email. You can still cancel it as long as the products have not been shipped out. However, a $100 processing fee will be charged. Once the product is shipped out, the order can’t be canceled.
